Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations made at least 1 hour before the scheduled pick-up time will not incur any charges.
  • Cancellations made less than 1 hour before pick-up may be subject to partial or full fare charges.
  • No-shows, where the passenger fails to appear at the agreed pick-up location, will be charged the full fare.

Refund Policy

  • Refunds are applicable only for prepaid bookings that meet the cancellation conditions.
  • If you are eligible for a refund, it will be processed within 5–7 business days using the original payment method.
  • In case of technical issues or overcharges, please contact our support team with ride details for quick resolution.

Special Circumstances

  • If your ride is delayed or cancelled due to factors within our control, we will arrange an alternative ride or issue a full refund.
  • We are not liable for cancellations caused by events outside our control such as traffic delays, extreme weather, or accidents.
